ABOUT US
Baseball bridges the gap.
Our journey started in 2008 with a simple goal: sharing the magic of Dominican baseball with American players.
But as we traveled through the DR, Cuba, and the ABC islands, we saw a much bigger picture. We realized we could bridge the gap between local needs and the generosity of our travelers.
What began as donating gear and fixing dugouts has grown into a holistic mission. We now help talented players leverage their skills to earn an education in the United States, while simultaneously providing medical and housing support to the neighborhoods they call home.
Baseball opened the door; the people we’ve met keep us walking through it.
Meet Our President

Sam LeBeau
Curious how such a small island in the Caribbean could be home to so many great baseball players he decided to visit.
He spent four months on the island practicing and playing baseball with the locals.
He dramatically improved his baseball ability, picking up the Dominicans’ excitement, energy and electricity for the game.
In 2007 he founded Dominican Baseball Camp to share the passion for baseball and culture with others. We focus solely on baseball tours and put our focus on customizing a trip to meet the needs of the client.
In 2008, he founded Baseball Without Borders to support the communities that welcome him and his Dominican Baseball campers.
